"...I strongly endorse both Eric Stiegman and the kettlebell program for any training purpose and especially golf. I would not write this if I did not firmly believe in it. Eric is very skilled in teaching pupils the safe and effective use of kettlebells. There is no better strength and flexibility training program that I am aware of." ~ Philip Frazier

Testimonial

My name is Philip Frazier. I have been a single digit golfer for many years, but I am now 57 years old with a sedentary job (I am a federal judge). Age and poor physical condition were really starting to show up in in game.

I began working with Eric Stiegman at Winning Edge in October, 2006. I weighed in at 240 pounds with a body fat index of 29%. Eric recommended the Russian Kettlebell program, and modest dietary changes. I had never seen a kettlebell before but decided to give it a go. We worked together two sessions per week through February. I also worked out twice a week on my own. Since February, I have been working on my own, using techiques Eric taught me.

Within six months, I lost 30 pounds and dramatically lowered my body fat index. Golf season has returned, and I have reduced my workouts to one heavy and one light workout per week. Each session takes approximately 30 minutes. My kettlebell work has produced profound results in strength and flexibility which have very positively affected my golf swing. My swing is technically better and much more powerful. Driving distance has increased by at least 25-30 yards. I have much greater stamina and endurance. My waist has trimmed from 40 to 36 inches, and my turn is much more effective. My knees and back no longer hurt during or after golf. I have not felt this good in many years, and my handicap has worked its way back to a 2.

Needless to say, I strongly endorse both Eric Stiegman and the kettlebell program for any training purpose and especially golf. I would not write this if I did not firmly believe in it. Eric is very skilled in teaching pupils the safe and effective use of kettlebells. There is no better strength and flexibility training program that I am aware of.
